Terms of Delivery 

We will deliver the products to you at the address indicated in the order form. We deliver all over the world. All orders are shipped from our warehouse, once your order has been processed. For UAE it will take between 1-2 business days to reach your home. For Dubai same day delivery with express shipping possible. Worldwide delivery depends on your home country. 

Shipping time 

Products are shipped within 48 hours maximum after placing the order. 

Delivery time 

We will deliver to you no later than the date indicated in your order confirmation message. (1-2 business days)

In the event of a delay in delivery, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and we will offer you a new date.

If the ordered product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will offer you a product of equivalent quality or price.

However, we remind you that we offer the service: “Order Notification” which gives you real-time notifications regarding the status and progress of your order.
